Gör så här:

Koka fullkornen enligt anvisningar på förpackningen. Blanda siktad dinkel med bakpulver och salt. Rör ihop kokta fullkorn med dinkelblandning, ägg, mjölk, vichyvatten och olja. Vispa till en jämn smet. Strimla spenaten och spara 1/3 till servering. Vispa äggvitan luftig och vänd ner i smeten med spenat och ost. Pensla ett varmt våffeljärn med ytterst lite olja. Grädda våfflor. Ät nygräddade.
