Gör så här:

Koka fullkornshavren enligt anvisningar på förpackningen. Blanda siktad dinkel med bakpulver och salt. Rör ihop kokt fullkornshavre med dinkelblandning, ägg, mjölk, vichyvatten och olja. Vispa till en jämn smet. Strimla spenaten och spara 1/3 till servering.
Vispa äggvitan från sista ägget luftigt och vänd ner i smeten med spenat och ost. Pensla ett varmt våffeljärn med ytterst lite olja. Grädda våfflor. Ät nygräddade.
