Gör så här:

Ajvarsås: Blanda alla ingredienser till såsen i en skål.

Linsbiffar: Häll av vattnet från linserna och skölj dem i kallt vatten. Skala morötter och lök och riv de fint.

Mixa solroskärnor och linser grovt. Blanda ihop alla ingredienser i en bunke och låt stå 5 minuter. Forma till ca 8 biffar och stek på medelvärme i rapsolja 4-5 minuter på varje sida.

Spenatsallad: Skölj spenaten och lägg den i en skål. Blanda ihop rapsolja, vinäger, vatten, salt och peppar. Häll dressingen över spenaten och blanda om.

Servera linsbiffarna med ajvarsås och spenatsallad.
